Competition rules

 

ARTICLE 1 – Introduction

TADAAM / TELENET BV, whose registered office is located at Liersesteenweg 4, 2800 Mechelen (hereinafter the “Organizer”), is organizing a promotion around TADAAM Explore (hereinafter the “Competition”). The Competition runs from 16 August 2021 to 25 August 2021 around midnight. The winners will be announced on 26 August 2021.

These regulations lay down the general participation conditions that apply to this Competition. Additional guidelines form part of the competition rules.

ARTICLE 2 – Accepting the competition conditions

Mere participation in this Competition implies the acceptance of current regulations without any reservation. A dispute about this will not be taken into account.

ARTICLE 3 – Conditions of participation

Participation in this Competition is open to non-customers and customers of the Organizer (natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and who do not act in the context of their professional activity).

The participant needs to have a driver license cat. B for 3 years and a tow bar on the car.

The competition is not available to employees / agents who participated in the realization of the Competition. Each participant can only participate in the Competition once and can therefore only win once per competition.

The participant must have fulfilled all his commitments with regard to the Organizer and may not have payment arrears with the Organizer.

The Organizer may at any time exclude a person from participating in the Competition in the event of any violation of any of the participation conditions or in the event of abuse, deception or participation in bad faith in the Competition.

ARTICLE 4 – Course of the Competition

Participants can participate in the Competition via the competition form at https://tadaam.be/explore

To participate validly, the complete competition form must be completed and sent. Only fully completed and timely entries are valid.

From the participants 8 winners will be indicated on 26 August 2021. From the participating customers of the Organizer 6 winners will be picked, 2 winners will be non-customers of the Organizer who have participated to the competition.

The competition will consist of a replying to a tiebreaker question. The most original replies will be selected by the Organizer as winner of the Competition.

The winners will be announced on 26 August 2021 via email and via our various social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram).

ARTICLE 5 – The Prize

Every winner of the Competition will receive the same prize.

The prize contains:

  • The rental of a Teardrop + Rooftop Tent with max 4 friends or family members for a week.
  • The Teardrop will be equipped with a TADAAM BOX with which you can stream scary movies or shows of your favorite channels, even at the most secluded spot of Belgium.
  • During the stay the winners will also have access to unlimited Wi-Fi powered by TADAAM

The prize cannot be paid in cash or exchanged for another prize. The prize is indivisible and must be accepted as such. Nor may it be resold to third parties.

ARTICLE 6 – Liability

The Organizer cannot be held liable by participants in any case and on any legal basis for any loss or damage of any kind suffered in the context of the Competition, except in the event of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Organizer.

Winners of the competition who will spend the week in the Teardrop accept the terms and conditions of Teardrop which can be found on the website of Droplife https://www.droplife.be/

Winners of the competition are being asked to leave the Teardrop in the same condition as they received it and according to the Droplife guidelines.

The Organizer will not accept liability for death, personal injury or damages of any nature sustained by attendees or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of during their stay with Droplife.

ARTICLE 7 – Processing of personal data

The personal data that the participant communicates through registration and participation in the Competition will be included in the files of the Organizer. More information (including the purposes of the processing and the privacy rights of the participant) is set out in the privacy disclaimer that the participant is shown upon registration.

By communicating his / her personal details, the participant declares that the information provided is true, correct, complete and up-to-date.

After the Competition, Organizer will announce the winner to the public in an appropriate manner. Consequently, in the case of mere participation, each participant gives his automatic and unconditional permission to publish and use his name and, where appropriate, an image on any media channel. The participant waives all rights and compensation in that regard.

ARTICLE 8 – Complaints

Any complaint in connection with the current Competition must be sent in writing within 7 working days after the event to the Organizer, for the benefit of the Legal Service, at the address stated under Article 1. In no case will the complaints be handled verbally or by telephone. Complaints submitted outside the period or that have not been written in writing will not be dealt with.

ARTICLE 9 – Miscellaneous

This Competition has been placed under the supervision of the Organizer.

The Promoter reserves the right to change, postpone, shorten or withdraw the Contest or any part thereof if circumstances so require. The Organizer cannot be held liable for this.

Printing, game, typesetting or other errors cannot be invoked as the basis for any obligation.

These regulations are subject to Belgian law and any dispute relating to the interpretation or application thereof falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Antwerp judicial district, Mechelen department.
