We’ve got some exciting news to share with you! We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make your TADAAM experience even better, and we’re thrilled to unveil the new and improved version of part of our website. 

As part of this redesign, we have made some changes to the My TADAAM section. Here are the highlights of what’s new and what’s coming: 

NEW INTERFACE

The My TADAAM section has undergone a complete overhaul with a fresh new look that is both modern and user-friendly, we made it easier than ever to access the features you love. Say goodbye to the old and embrace the new!  

 

NEW PAYMENT SYSTEM

We’ve simplified the payment process: payments are now done through Stripe Check-out environment instead of My TADAAM system. With Stripe at the helm, purchasing TADAAM or changing your subscription will be a seamless journey. Rest assured, no action is needed from your side for this smooth transition.

MORE MAGIC IN THE MAKING

During this transition, a few features will be taking a short break. Rest assured, they’re just recharging their powers to come back stronger than ever! The temporary hiatus includes monthly internet usage visibility, the trophy room, linked accounts section, as well as the option to change your WiFi password and name. We’ll bring them back soon, pinky promise!

 

TRIED AND TRUE FEATURES ARE HERE TO STAY

While we’re busy enhancing the My TADAAM environment with a fresh look, we want to reassure you that some of your favorite elements will remain unchanged in the updated version:

  • Account – Your account remains your trusted digital sanctuary where you can easily access and manage your personal information. Need to update your payment details? No problem! Want to send a TV app PIN for a brand new device? You got it!
  • Subscription – Life can be unpredictable, and we get that. That’s why we’ve kept the Subscription section the same. You can still pause, cancel, or change your subscription with ease.
  • Devices – We know how important it is to keep track of your devices, and we’ve got you covered. You can still view your linked devices and download a return label if needed.
  • Invoices – Nobody likes surprises when it comes to billing. That’s why we’ve kept the Invoices section the same. You can still check your subscription invoices and stay on top of your payments.
