TADAAM / TELENET BV, with its registered office at Liersesteenweg 4, 2800 Mechelen (hereinafter the “Organizer”), is organizing a promotional campaign titled TADAAM DROPS THE MIC (hereinafter the “Contest”). The Contest runs from 3 April 2026 to midnight on 26 April 2026.
These rules set forth the general terms and conditions for participation in the contest. Additional guidelines form part of the contest rules.
Participation in this contest implies unconditional acceptance of these rules. Any objections in this regard will not be considered.
Participation in this contest is open to the organizer’s customers (individuals who are at least 18 years of age, whose primary residence is located in Belgium, and who are not acting in a professional capacity).
The contest is not open to employees or agents who were involved in organizing the contest. The participant must have fulfilled all obligations to the organizer and must not have any outstanding payments owed to the organizer.
The organizer may at any time exclude a person from participating in the contest in the event of a violation of any of the terms and conditions of participation or in the event of abuse, deception, or participation in bad faith in the contest.
Participants may enter the contest via the contest form at the following address: https://tadaam.be/en/drops-the-mic.
To participate validly, the contest form must be completed and submitted correctly.
Only entries that are properly completed and submitted by the deadline are valid.
All valid entries that have been validated by the organizer entitle the entrant to an individual prize, and all entrants are eligible to win a larger prize (8 prizes to be won).
These 8 winners will be selected from among the participants on 30 April 2026.
The competition is based on the following procedure:
Post a review on TADAAM via Meta or Google to share your experience and opinion about TADAAM.
Take a screenshot of the post/review that has been published.
Fill out the entry form on the website https://tadaam.be/en/drops-the-mic and attach the screenshot to validate your entry in the TADAAM contest.
Each entry is individually and manually validated by TADAAM to ensure that it corresponds to a review written by an individual and not generated by AI. Similarly, while the nature of the review regarding TADAAM products and services is, of course, unrestricted, an entry will only be validated if it does not contain abusive language, insults, or any other content that violates best practices and appropriate conduct in this regard.
As soon as an entry is validated or rejected. If validated, the participant is granted their benefit/discount (see “Article 5 – The Prize” below). If rejected, they may try again and submit a new review/entry. Entry into the contest must be made using the same email address used to create the MyTADAAM customer account.
Participants who receive their discount benefit will not be contacted again by email. Their benefit will be automatically applied to their TADAAM invoice.
Only the 8 individuals who win the 8 contest prizes will be contacted after the contest closes on 26 April 2026 to be notified that they have won a grand prize.
Every TADAAM subscriber who posts a review on TADAAM, who validly completes the contest form at https://tadaam.be/en/drops-the-mic and whose entry is validated will receive a €5 discount on their TADAAM subscription bill.
All individuals who have written or posted a review—and who will therefore also receive a €5 discount—are eligible for a contest offering a grand prize, with 8 prizes to be won. These 8 grand prizes will be awarded to the 8 participants who meet the eligibility criteria and whose review has been judged by the organizer to be the most original, funniest, or most creative.
These 8 people will each receive a voucher worth €1,000 for the TV & Internet subscribers and €2,000 for the TV, Internet, and Mobile subscribers. The voucher is intended to enable the winner to enjoy the experience selected in the entry form. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to book and arrange the experience in question.
After being contacted by the organizer via email on 04/05/2026, the 8 grand prize winners will receive their voucher directly by email and may use it at their convenience.
Under no circumstances may the organizer be held liable by participants, on any legal basis whatsoever, for any loss or damage of any kind incurred in connection with the contest, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
Personal data provided by the participant in connection with their registration and participation in the contest will be stored in the organizer’s files. Further information (including the purposes of processing and the participant’s privacy rights) is provided in the privacy disclaimer submitted to the participant upon registration.
By providing their personal data, the participant declares that the information provided is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Each participant automatically and unconditionally grants permission to publish and use their name and, where applicable, an image on any media channel. The participant waives any rights and claims to compensation in this regard.
Any complaint regarding this contest must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the contest’s closing date to the organizer, addressed to the Legal Department, at the address mentioned in Article 1. Under no circumstances will complaints be processed verbally or by telephone. Complaints submitted outside the contest period or that are not made in writing will not be processed.
This contest is organized under the supervision of the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten, or cancel the contest or any part thereof if circumstances so require. The organizer cannot be held liable for this.
Printing, game, typesetting, or other errors cannot be invoked to justify any obligation.
These rules are governed by Belgian law, and any dispute regarding their interpretation or application falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Mechelen department.
