TADAAM / TELENET BV, with its registered office at Liersesteenweg 4, 2800 Mechelen (hereinafter the “Organizer”), is organizing a promotional campaign titled TADAAM I LIKE IT LIKE THAT (hereinafter the “Contest”). The Contest runs from 07/07/2026 to 02/08/2026 at midnight.
These rules set forth the general terms and conditions for participation in the contest. Additional guidelines form part of the contest rules.
Participation in this contest implies unconditional acceptance of these rules. Any objections in this regard will not be considered.
Participation in this contest is open to everyone (individuals who are at least 18 years of age, whose primary residence is located in Belgium, and who are not acting in a professional capacity).
The contest is not open to employees or agents who were involved in organizing the contest. Each participant may enter the contest only once and may therefore win only once per contest.
The participant must have fulfilled all obligations to the organizer and must not have any outstanding payments owed to the organizer.
The organizer may at any time exclude a person from participating in the contest in the event of a violation of any of the terms and conditions of participation or in the event of abuse, deception, or participation in bad faith in the contest.

To participate validly, the contest form must be completed and submitted correctly.
Only entries that are properly completed and submitted by the deadline are valid.
8 winners will be selected from among the participants on 14/08/2026.
The contest follows this procedure:
Take a photo of your TADAAM at your favorite spot.
Fill out the form with your customer story and upload your photo to validate your entry in the TADAAM contest.
Each entry is individually and manually validated by TADAAM to ensure that it corresponds to a review written by an individual and not generated by AI. Similarly, while the nature of the review regarding TADAAM products and services is, of course, unrestricted, an entry will only be validated if it does not contain abusive language, insults, or any other content that violates best practices and appropriate conduct in this regard.
If rejected, they may try again and submit a new review/entry. Only one entry per TADAAM subscriber is accepted. Entry into the contest must be made using the same email address used to create the MyTADAAM customer account.
Only the 8 individuals who win the 8 contest prizes will be contacted after the contest closes on 02/08/2026 to be notified that they have won a grand prize.
All individuals who have submitted a testimonial are eligible for a contest offering a grand prize, with 8 prizes to be won. These 8 grand prizes will be awarded to the 8 participants who meet the eligibility criteria and whose testimonial has been judged by the organizer to be the most original, funniest, or most creative.
These 8 people will each receive a voucher. The voucher is intended to enable the winner to enjoy the experience selected in the entry form. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to book and arrange the experience in question.
After being contacted by the organizer via email on 14/08/2026, the 8 grand prize winners will receive their voucher directly by email and may use it at their convenience.
Under no circumstances may the organizer be held liable by participants, on any legal basis whatsoever, for any loss or damage of any kind incurred in connection with the contest, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
TADAAM processes participants’ personal data as a data controller solely for the purpose of organizing, executing and completing the contest and the agreements arising from it, including participation management, communication with participants and announcing the winners. The following personal data may be processed: name, first name, email address and testimonials.
Each participant agrees that their name and first name may be announced, in the event of selection or winning, by or with the consent of TADAAM.
By providing their personal data, the participant declares that the information provided is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
The personal data will be retained by TADAAM for as long as necessary for the organization and completion of the contest (36 months) and will thereafter be deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law. If the participant has given consent for the processing of their personal data for other purposes, the data will not be stored longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
Participants have the right to access, correct or delete their personal data, as well as the right to object to its processing, and other rights in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). More information on how these rights can be exercised, as well as additional information on how TADAAM processes personal data, is available in TADAAM's privacy policy at https://tadaam.be/en/privacy-policy.
TADAAM reserves the right to publish the testimonials on any media channel, provided it has obtained the participant’s consent to do so. The participant waives any rights and claims to compensation in this regard. The data related to the testimonial (name, photo & description) will be retained and used by TADAAM for a period of 36 months.
Any complaint regarding this contest must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the contest’s closing date to the organizer, addressed to the Legal Department, at the address mentioned in Article 1. Under no circumstances will complaints be processed verbally or by telephone. Complaints submitted outside the contest period or that are not made in writing will not be processed.
This contest is organized under the supervision of the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten, or cancel the contest or any part thereof if circumstances so require. The organizer cannot be held liable for this.
Printing, game, typesetting, or other errors cannot be invoked to justify any obligation.
These rules are governed by Belgian law, and any dispute regarding their interpretation or application falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Mechelen department.
