TADAAM uses mobile technology, so it eliminates the use of coax or vDSL cables. That’s super practical, because it means you can easily install your internet and TV yourself.
The TADAAM package includes a modem and our own media player. The TADAAM modem is wireless and connected to the mobile network. It provides your home with plug-and-play internet anywhere and anytime you want. How? Our modem converts 4G signal to WiFi.
The media player has the software for the ultimate plug-and-play experience. You only need to connect the media player to the TADAAM network and… enjoy!

It is not possible to order TADAAM by phone or in a Telenet store.
The TADAAM app functions perfectly on both iOs and Android devices in terms of speed and interactivity. TADAAM has two subscriptions, both with a fast internet connection: TADAAM Standard and TADAAM Premium.
With TADAAM Standard, you enjoy 30 Mbps U/D and watch 1 stream at a time. With TADAAM Premium, you enjoy 50 Mbps U/D and can watch on 3 screens at the same time.
TADAAM uses the Base network.
TADAAM internet works anywhere in Belgium. We don’t offer roaming.
You can consult your personal situation on the coverage map
of the telecom regulator BIPT. Because TADAAM’s connection through the mobile network is significantly stronger than on a mobile phone, this map isn’t reliable in all cases. Do you have doubts? Don’t hesitate to ask our support for advice. Moreover, it’s possible to cancel your TADAAM anytime.
Your internet speed partially depends on where your modem is located. The best spot to locate your modem is near a window and, if possible, on the side that’s closest to the antenna.

No, our modem is equipped with its own sim card, which allows for a fast internet and TV connection for your TADAAM.
TADAAM has a fast connection of 30 or 50 Mbps U/D that you can take with you anywhere, with an unlimited download limit.
In order to offer all TADAAM customers the best possible internet experience without having to intervene unnecessarily with volume restrictions, a Fair Use policy could be in place if your internet usage exceeds 300GB. Don’t worry though, even for the most demanding streamer 300GB should be more than enough. Your volume will stay unlimited, we will only intervene if we notice that other TADAAM customers are experiencing difficulties.

Log in to MyTADAAM. You can check your data usage on the ‘Internet’ page.
As from now, it will be possible to change your WiFi network if the traffic on the preselected channel is too high. How? Surf to your ‘MyTADAAM’ account. Under the ‘Internet’ menu, you will be able to consult a list of different channels. In that list, you will see the WiFi networks that can be connected to the different channels. The system will suggest which network with a 2.4GHz and 5GHz band is the best for your situation, in order to optimize your TADAAM internet experience.
To get a PIN code, simply go to my.tadaam.be/personal and click on “Send PIN” on the bottom of the screen, you will receive a message within seconds to the phone number registered.
You can install the app on an unlimited number of devices.
Our app will check how many other streams are live when starting your stream. If you are already watching TV on your maximum number of active screens, your stream won’t start. With a Premium subscription, you can watch on 3 screens at the same time. With a Standard subscription, you can stream on 1 screen at a time.
The app can easily be installed on Android or iOS (Apple) smartphones. Depending on your subscription, you can watch TV on 1 or 3 screens at the same time.

TADAAM TV works anywhere on the TADAAM network in Belgium. If you have a network source, TADAAM TV will work in every country of the EU.
At this moment we support 49 TV channels.
Make sure your media player or TV device is set up in the right language in order to receive the right channels. This is because we offer different channels in multiple languages

Yes, there is a pause option. When you pause, your programme will automatically be added to your recordings. Instead of watching live, your TADAAM TV immediately changes to the recording. That way, you can watch your programme, pause and rewind and fast forward.
TADAAM supports Apple TV boxes starting from Gen 4.
No, it’s not possible to watch TADAAM TV on your computer yet.
Yes, it counts. 1 hour of TV equals a usage of approximately 3GB.
Your recordings are saved in the cloud. That way, you can look at your recordings on every device. You can record up to 200 hours and we will save your recordings for 60 days. You can record as many programs as you want.
Yes, the TV box is included in the TADAAM package.
No, Netflix does not work on the TADAAM box. Netflix did not (yet) certify our box.

Apart from the media player you receive with the package, TADAAM has an app for Android & iOS (available for smartphones & tablets). Or you can install the TADAAM app directly on your Smart TV. That is possible on Samsung TV models from 2018 and on Smart TV’s with Android 7 (or higher).
Are you unsure about the model year or your Smart TV’s software? Then you can search ‘TADAAM’ in the App Store of your Smart TV. If you can’t find the app, your device is not compatible. Does your TV have a HDMI connection? In that case, you can use the media player that is included in your TADAAM package.
Or just watch on your smartphone or tablet? It’s up to you!
Yes, the TADAAM TV box has a USB connection that allows you to connect an external storage device.
No, of course not. You can watch TV on different devices.
TADAAM has an app for Android & iOS that is available on many different media players. That means you can watch TV on both Android and Apple smartphones, recent Smart TV’s and other media players.
Yes, you can. From ordering to going online: the TADAAM experience is unbelievably fast and user-friendly. When your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail from bpost (or PostNL) with a Track and Trace link attached to follow your package.

We are sad to see you leaving. To cancel your subscription, go to MyTADAAM. Under ‘subscription’, you can find the option to stop your subscription. By doing so, you won’t get charged anymore.
The only thing you need to do now, is send back the modem and TV box towards us. Download your free return label via Mytadaam -> Devices -> Download Retour Label.
To update your subscription, go to MyTADAAM. On the ‘subscriptions’ page, you can view all available plans. Simply choose which subscription you want to change.
To pause your subscription, go to MyTADAAM. On the ‘subscriptions’ page, you can find the option to pause your subscription. You will be able to pause the subscription for a maximum period of 6 months. After 6 months on pause you will need to re-activate or your subscription will be automatically canceled.
The same way you paused your subscription. Go to the ‘subscriptions’ page on MyTADAAM. There, select the option to reactivate the subscription.
You can update your payment details on MyTADAAM. On the main page of MyTADAAM, click on ‘Payment method’. Confirm your card details and the next payment will be charged on the updated card.
TADAAM supports Bancontact and credit card.
You can change your own personal data on MyTADAAM. Select the tab ‘Personal information’.
