MyTADAAM is your personal environment at TADAAM. Here you can manage your subscription. Here you can edit your payment details. Here you can check your consumption. And much more… 
We are sad to see you leaving. To cancel your subscription, go to MyTADAAM. Under ‘subscription’, you can find the option to stop your subscription. By doing so, you won’t get charged anymore. The only thing you need to do now, is send back the modem and TV box towards usDownload your free return label via Mytadaam -> Devices -> Download Retour Label.
To update your subscription, go to MyTADAAM. On the ‘subscriptions’ page, you can view all available plans. Simply choose which subscription you want to change.
To pause your subscription, go to MyTADAAM. On the ‘subscriptions’ page, you can find the option to pause your subscription. You will always be able to pause the subscription; for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month… you are always able to resubscribe. But the maximum period is 6 months. After 6 months on pause you will need to re-activate or your subscription will be automatically canceled. 
You can update your payment details on MyTADAAM. On the main page of MyTADAAM, click on ‘Payment method’. Confirm your card details and the next payment will be charged on the updated card.
You can change your own personal data on MyTADAAM. Select the tab ‘Personal information’. If you want to change additional information, you can always contact our support team. They are happy to help you change it.
