Yes. We cooperate with BPOST for the handling of the shipment. BPOST guarantees delivery within 24 hours during working days. During weekends and holidays, it takes at least 1 business day to process the delivery. (E.g. order: Friday 16h – Delivery: Tuesday) There may be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, but BPOST will always send you a track & trace link immediately after your payment so you can track your order at any time.
Yes, you can. From ordering to going online: the TADAAM experience is unbelievably fast and user-friendly. When your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail from bpost (or PostNL) with a Track and Trace link attached to follow your package.
