TADAAM Art - Competition rules

ARTICLE 1 - Introduction

TADAAM / TELENET BV, with registered office at Liersesteenweg 4, 2800 Mechelen (hereinafter the "organiser"), is organising a promotional campaign entitled TADAAM Art (hereinafter the "competition"). The competition runs from 7 October 2025 until the end of our supply TADAAM Art.

These rules set out the general conditions for taking part in the competition. Additional guidelines form part of the competition rules.

ARTICLE 2 - Acceptance of the competition conditions

Simply taking part in this competition implies unreserved acceptance of these rules. Any dispute on this subject will not be taken into account.

ARTICLE 3 - Conditions of participation

Participation in this competition is open to customers of the organiser (natural persons who have reached the age of 18, whose main place of residence is in Belgium and who are not acting in the course of their professional activity).

The competition is not open to employees/agents who have been involved in running the competition. Each participant may enter the competition only once and may therefore win only once per competition.

The participant must have fulfilled all his commitments to the organiser and must not be in arrears with any payments to the organiser.

The organiser may exclude a person from taking part in the competition at any time in the event of a breach of one of the conditions of participation or in the event of abuse, deception or participation in the competition in bad faith.

ARTICLE 4 - Running of the competition

Participants can enter the competition via the competition form at the following address: https://tadaam.be/en/en/tadaam-art .

To be valid, the competition form must be complete and validly submitted.

Only completed applications sent by the deadline will be considered valid.

All valid entries that have been validated by the organiser entitle the candidate to an individual benefit.

The competition is based on the following procedure:

  1. Visit the Campaign Page
    Go to https://tadaam.be/en/tadaam-art

  2. Complete the form

  3. Enter Email Address
Must be the email linked to the customer’s TADAAM account to validate participation.

  4. Submit the form
Upon submission, the customer is automatically entered into the prize draw.

Each entry is subject to individual and manual validation by TADAAM to ensure that it corresponds to an opinion written by an individual and not via AI. Similarly, the nature of the opinion on TADAAM products and services is of course free, but a participation will only be validated if it does not contain abusive language, offences or any other content that goes against good practice and behaviour in this area.

As soon as an entry is validated or rejected, an automatic email is sent to the participant to notify them of the decision that has been taken. If the entry is validated, the participant will be awarded his/her benefit, see "Article 5 - The prize" below. In the event of rejection, he/she may start again and submit a new review/participation. Only one entry per TADAAM subscriber is accepted. Participation in the competition must be made via the same email address that was used to create the MyTADAAM customer account.

ARTICLE 5 - The price

Each TADAAM subscriber who completes the campaign form on https://tadaam.be/en/tadaam-art, using the email address linked to their TADAAM account, will be automatically entered into a prize draw.

Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries. Only one entry per customer is allowed. The organiser will handle all logistics.

ARTICLE 6 - Liability

Under no circumstances may the organiser be held liable by participants, on any legal basis whatsoever, for any loss or damage of any kind suffered in connection with the competition, except in the event of intent or gross negligence on the part of the organiser.

ARTICLE 7 - Processing of personal data

The personal data provided by the participant as part of his/her registration and participation in the competition will be stored in the organiser's files. Further information (including the purposes of the processing and the participant's privacy rights) is provided in the privacy disclaimer submitted to the participant upon registration.

By providing their personal details, participants declare that the information provided is true, correct, complete and up-to-date.

Each participant gives his or her automatic and unconditional permission to publish and use his or her name and, where applicable, an image on any media channel. The participant waives all rights and compensation in this respect.

ARTICLE 8 - Complaints

Any complaint relating to this competition must be sent in writing within 7 working days of the competition closing date to the organiser, for the attention of the Legal Department, at the address given in Article 1. Under no circumstances will complaints be dealt with verbally or by telephone. Complaints lodged outside the competition period or not made in writing will not be dealt with.

ARTICLE 9 - Miscellaneous

The competition was supervised by the organiser.

The organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten or cancel the competition or any part of it if circumstances so require. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any such changes.

Errors in printing, play, composition or other errors cannot be invoked to justify any obligation whatsoever.

These rules are governed by Belgian law and any dispute relating to their interpretation or application shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, department of Mechelen.
